The credit card co. won't do a damn thing to help you out. No matter how long you've been with them or if you have a good credit score. If your really in debt you need to prioritize your bills. Mortgage/Rent? come first, Utilities, Food, Gas or Bus fare, Taxes & Insurance and then your credit card bill. There dead last. You need to take care of yourself first. You give them what's left.
