I've been thinking the exact same thing the last few weeks. I'm going to look into eating natural foods from my own backyard and I'm going to lay off all the expnsive stuff that you realise just isn't important. I've found I enjoy sports and training Jiu Jitsu with good people at my gym a lot more the last couple of years, a sort of escape.
