Granted, a speedrunner wouldn't use a file saved at Behind The Temple. but the general idea still holds.
My theory is this:
To skip the cutscene with Zelda at the Godess statue, you would have to start the game, save, reset the game, then go to a file where you can die quickly.
Die, then perform BiT and load the file you're speedrunning in.
Bam! You skipped the cutscene!
