I don't see what sopa is trying to accomplish, sure, you can censor the data over the internet, but? you're not going to censor the hard data that is going to be shared between people. Example, I could send a dvd to my sister with tons of music on it. That's not going to be censored by them Because it's going through the mail. No matter what, people are going to find a way to share information between each other. Censoring it is only going to just cause an inconvenience.
