My cheap video grabber card had a hard time with the composite signal, so I removed C10 and soldered the luminance and chrominance signals for the s-video input, which is better. But you are right, it might be better to connect the reset pin to VCC, because floating inputs are not a good circuit practice and with the CMOS version? you'll get more problems.

These are the final levels. I like the physics simulation and not so many Goos were killed like in Chapter 3. It was not really more difficult, but different than the previous levels. For Weather Vane, first I thought a sign was the exit tube :-) But MOM's Computer was strange and I didn't found the solution by myself: Just click always on the last question and you are done.
This video shows how I solve all levels of Chapter 2 of World of Goo. This was a bit more difficult than Chapter 1, but I've deleted all the retries from the video :-)
