I loved the Little Rascals as a little kid, but it was the music I couldn't get out of my head. I'm glad to have been able to learn a few of the tunes - they still fascinate me. Leroy Shields composed all the Little Rascals music - also did most of Laurel & Hardy. Just me, my uke and a little whistling. Sounds much better with earphones - at least on my laptop.

I think he intentionally is hard on the Nazis, though, to avoid being associated with smears? about being a "Hitlerian." But, for all of that, he is an incredible writer nevertheless and is able to discern things others can't. He's probably a genius.
