some bikes and pedal powered cars I saw at Maker Faire Bay Area 2012. Some cool stuff, there were more bikes that i didn't film because my camera battery ran out.
Maker Faire had some wild metal and fire sculpture, Burning Man type stuff, very impressive and all hands-on to the public, the crowd controlled the fire and movement of most of the pieces.
My mom and her cousin Henry during her last visit to California. We only walked halfway across, there was some type of construction going on. Later, we went and ate at a taqueria on Polk street and then Japantown on Geary to buy crap at Daiso, then Grant street, Chinatown for tea tasting.
I took my kite to Ceasar Chavez Park by the Berkeley Marina, Which looks out onto San Francisco Bay, but the wind was dying down so I walked to the water and some squirrels approached me, and even touched my camera. Some guy walked by and called me "Squirrel Whisperer", which I thought was pretty funny. The Golden Gate was all misty, I love SF in a blanket of fog.
I made a scrub bot in my spare time from junk I found laying around. I envision an entire herd of these things cleaning my lab at night, I wonder what the guy in the next cubicle thinks. Needs more R & D, possibly a government grant if available.
Puppies are 11.5 weeks old. They love the park, and they stay together pretty well also. Gucci already walks on a leash with a harness, he is double the size of each of his sisters.

I took this with my other small video camera, it has better low light than my helmet cam, so you can see the actual color of the puppies better. The boy is getting huge.
This is my little one-bedroom in Folsom, Ca. I took this video in December of 2011 on a Sunday. I gott rid of a lot of stuff when I moved, and I am much more comfortable now, and I furnished it very cheaply.

I'm always surprised at how long a skunk will run in front of my bike at night, without going off the trail; they are very slow, so I have to be careful not to hit them. Also, I am holding the helmet cam with one hand. HE was getting tired, and finally he left the trail, after about 2 minutes. filmed with my GoPro HD, lit by two Niterider Minewts. I shot this at about 9:30 pm on 8/21/2011
