They didn't have much bass being 4" speakers. But they sounded awesome and the tweeters were great. Had them hooked up to a Rockford Fosgate deck back when they made stereos and they got loud off? of just deck power. Depending on what song you listened to the tweeters would hurt your ears if you listened to them too high for too long.

I don't care if I rumble my car apart. I currently have a older 12" MMATS Pro Series in? my room not being used. Since I'm currently not working I don't have the money for a decent amp or hookups. But a buddy has two of the newer versions and even on his old BOSS RIOT amp they sounder good. Give them enough of the right juice and they'll love you.

My buddy has some 6x9 boxes in his basement he might part with for a couple of bucks with some old CrossFires in them, and my step dad has two old Legacy 2channel 600w amps down stairs from his old sho.
