The fan is actually running quite well - but it's speed is almost matched to the camera's recording rate so it does appear to be barely moving at all.
If you look at the other post where only one panel is powering the fan it appears to be running much faster - but in reality it was much slower.
Maybe a streamer of something fluttering around would help.

I did not get to be one of the 30 questioners (I honestly do apericiate Specter doing these meetings even if I don't agree with his answers) but hoping to get my concerned noted I am publishing this.
