So, any idiot can conclude that gas is hotter, which is what he's using. Great job ... By: Kprt23. on 01 Oct 10, 20:13:09 Great job demonstrating good technique. What kind of soap and degreaser do you use for the bucket solution? I detail part time and use Meguiars products. For the wheels and tires, I use Super Degreaser? at either 4:1 or 10:1 but for wheels I use All Purpose Cleaner at either 4:1 or 10:1. The ratio depends on how dirty the items are. I like the wheel brushes at autozone as they allow me to reach far into the wheel and I like a brush for the wheel face. A long brush for wheel wells is good too.
LOL, I learned all ... By: candle2k. on 18 Sep 10, 06:21:20 LOL, I learned all these little tricks from when my Dad's car got rims back when I used to drive his car. There's also little tricks about getting all the hard to reach spots such as Chrysler grilles, and others.. Detail work is very extensive, and if done right looks awesome, if done wrong, it looks? horrible. This is a great how-to on wheel washing.

By: ALITL8. on 12 Sep 10, 21:05:43 you're not too bright either, kingpin. we might cut ourselves occasionally but the job is done right... every time. if the rotor is too big we use a brush or remove the wheel (depending on the job). yes, there is soap and degreaser in our bucket used for? wheels and wells. on baked on/caked on wheels, we pre-soak them with a stronger mixture.
as for brushes in the wheel wells, my hands with a mitt does a better job than any brush. when they're caked we use a brush on them too

Jetboats usually ... By: rynoAZ. on 08 Oct 07, 17:00:41 Jetboats usually run the engine forward - you can tell this one does because the blower belt is always driven by the front of the crank, and this one is at the fore end of the boat. So with a distributor at the rear of the block and non-siamesed headers, I would make an educated guess that? it's a Big Block Chev.
Ironic considering it's towed by a Ford and sitting at a Ford dealership.

thanks for your comments, rating and compliment, cubmasterflex. i actually used diesel fuel for this little demonstration though. not that it really matters because office fires (which are supposedly responsible for the destruction of WTC 7) don't cause at or near free fall speed collapses of steel/concrete/glass buildings... well, except for? this one time when it caused the collapse of 3.
By: cubmasterflex. on 01 Sep 09, 18:59:25
Couldn't fit this into the other two, but thanks for this video man. You definitely demonstrated the idea everyone's been arguing about for years? very simply. And Im sure the kids bitching about it being too simple are also bitching at the videos with actual chemical equations for being too complex. 5 stars.
By: cubmasterflex. on 01 Sep 09, 18:56:26
And anyone who knows anything about chemistry knows that the AMOUNT of matter doesn't affect the temperature at which it burns, nor does the amount of fuel. So, unless the WTC had something inside of it already that burns hotter than either of those fuels it just doesn't add up. It's a perfectly set up experiment that I don't see anyone else testing. And anyone who thinks that the government would actually allow? a test like this with laboratory controlled conditions needs to lay down the crack.
By: cubmasterflex. on 01 Sep 09, 18:52:56
Let me just throw this out there. All of you people hating on this guy for not having a "scientific experiment" are very, very stupid. If you actually look up what he told? you to look up you'd see that A-1 Jet Fuel burns at 287.5 °C. Gasoline burns at 471°-560°C. So, any idiot can conclude that gas is hotter, which is what he's using. PLUS, the metal that he's using, ESPECIALLY INCLUDING THE FRYING PAN, is MUCH weaker than the structural steel used in the towers, and NONE OF THAT EVEN MELTED.

where's the wreckage? where's the investigation? where's the reconstruction? i didn't say? anything about what hit the Pentagon or crashed in PA. answer the question!
By: Archonis. on 12 May 09, 19:35:02
Let me guess, you don't think an airliner hit the Pentagon or crashed in PA either?!? More uneducated conspiracy nonsense brought to you by George Soros. Next time? I need asbestos removed I'll give you a call!
By: ALITL8. on 12 May 09, 19:16:14
where's the aluminum from the Pentagon or? Shankesville? in past airline/NASA incidents there has always been a collection of wreckage to examine... where's the wreckage? where's the reconstruction? ever seen the wreckage from the Space Shuttle?? YES YOU HAVE!! they gathered it all up, put it in a warehouse and ran a proper investigation. dont waste my time Archon. didn't get enough in our conversation on MySpace??
By: Archonis. on 12 May 09, 04:43:49
Where's the aluminum from the airliners? What happens when you add 90,000 liters of Burning jet fuel and 50,000 tons of floors per level travelling at 32ft per sec^2? This ain't rocket science but it don't look like? NASA needs an On-Site Supervisor with an A+B license.
By: ALITL8. on 02 Mar 09, 03:24:08
wasn't really looking? for scientific credit hence the title... common sense will do when it comes to fire, structural steel, heat transfer, etc., etc. anyone that's ever used a cutting torch should understand my simple man science.
By: CHANNELMICHAEL. on 07 Feb 09, 12:51:07
You? need to do this to scale to merit any scientific credit.
By: ALITL8. on 10 Aug 08, 20:37:04
machines creating what temperature? what is the open air burn temperature of jet fuel or should i say kerosene? i can guarantee you its NOT 1100-1800°F. those temperature can ONLY be reached in a controlled environment (i.e. fire triangle). there are definitely many variables to consider but the fact remains, heat from those fires is NOT what brought? those buildings down... fireproofing or not. watch my playlists on 9/11 science, building fires, controlled demolition and car fires
By: pontolones. on 10 Aug 08, 18:56:07
no, i don't know anything about installing underground storage tanks, but i do know that that is a lot different than knowing about the supporting structure of a 100 story building. your little experiment, while fun, is not accurately reproducing all the factors involved in a structure like the wtc buildings. you need machines recreating the same temperature,? and the same type and amount of stress that these structures had on them. its not rocket science to know that this isn't real science.
By: ALITL8. on 10 Aug 08, 04:48:03
hey there city slicker... what is jet fuel? apparently the "experts" dont know either nor have they come up with anything better than a "working hypothesis (THEORY)" for how "3" buildings managed to collapse in 7 yrs of "professional" investigation. bet you didnt know that gasoline burns? hotter than jet fuel, did ya? how much do you know about the fire triangle? how much do you know about fuel and fire safety? Google: On-Site Supervisor License A+B this redneck knows a little more than YOU!
By: pontolones. on 10 Aug 08, 03:08:26
